Product Overview

The Dual-Burners VAD Deposition Equipment operates based on the Vapor Axial Deposition process, in which silicon-based precursor gases react in a high-temperature flame to form fine silica soot particles. These particles are continuously deposited along the axial direction to form a growing soot preform.

The dual-burner design enables separate optimization of deposition efficiency and thermal stability. One burner focuses on soot generation and deposition, while the second burner stabilizes the thermal field, improving axial growth consistency and reducing process fluctuations.

The process chamber is manufactured from aerospace-grade pure titanium, providing excellent corrosion resistance when handling reactive gases such as chlorine. This material selection significantly enhances process cleanliness and long-term operational stability.
